Beginning Farmer and Rancher Lobby Day
Wednesday, April 24, 2019
12 - 3pm
At the start of the 2019 Legislative Session we introduced several bills to help address a top issue facing Oregon family farmers and ranchers: lack of access to land and capital. Most of our proposals have made it through some of the major deadlines (you can find a full recap here), but a lot of work is still needed to keep them moving. We need your help to push for:
Join us at the State Capitol in Salem to advocate for these proposals! For just a couple hours, you can hear the latest on our bills, have lunch, and meet with your legislators to share your story and the importance of supporting beginning farmers and ranchers. A couple hours of your time can make a big difference.
